I've known since a little boy that I always wanted to be a scuba diver.  Finding that sunken ship with a treasure chest guarded by an Octopus has been a vision I've carried my whole life.  I started my journey into the world of scuba like most.  Signing up at my local dive shop preparing to take my first breath underwater.  That was a long time ago but my love of this sport has never diminished.

Finishing my tour in the Marine Corps left me the opportunity to pursue my childhood dream.  Started my dive career in 1989 as a PADI Open Water Diver quickly acquiring Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver.  Followed up by several specialty courses achieving my Master Scuba Diver certification and holding my Dive Master Certification in the professional realm of Scuba Diving.

I forwent moving up the professional ladder of scuba and followed my passion of Underwater videography and photography. Doing so has provided me the ability to capture moments in time I get to share with all now.

Ann Manders and John Purvitis were my Instructors who I credit for solidifying that life below the waves was where I wanted to be. I am grateful to have had them as my mentors as a young diver.  I've lost count of how many dives I've done over the course of my career. I do know that this sport has afforded me the opportunity to experience exotic locations and sites not seen by those harnessed by gravity.

When asked where my favorite dive location is?  My standard answer is,  "anywhere there's a mud puddle".

Currently the Operator of the Indy Dive Center.
